Pixelsha is a two-person business in the Philippines. This page says plainly what we collect, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
What we collect
Three separate things, kept separate:
- Inquiries. If you message us about a wedding, we keep your name, email, mobile number, wedding date, chosen package and your message.
- Waitlist. If you join a product waitlist, we keep your email address and which product you asked about. Nothing else.
- RSVPs. If you reply to a wedding invitation we built, we store your name, whether you are attending, how many people you are bringing, their names, and any message you leave.
If you are a wedding guest
You did not buy anything from us and you did not choose us — the couple did. So this part matters most to you:
- Your RSVP is visible to the couple getting married, and to us.
- It is never used for marketing, never added to any mailing list, and never sold or shared with anyone else.
- It is permanently deleted 6 months after the wedding date. That deletion is automatic, not something we have to remember to do.
- You can have it removed sooner. Email pixelsha.ph@gmail.com with the couple’s names and your own.
How long we keep things
- RSVPs: 6 months after the wedding date, then deleted automatically.
- Inquiries: 24 months, so we can find your details if you come back to us.
- Waitlist: until the product ships and we have emailed you, or until you ask to be removed.
Who else sees your data
- Vercel hosts the site and Supabase stores the data. Both act on our instructions only.
- Raket.ph handles payment. When you buy, you are their customer for that transaction and their privacy policy applies. We never see your card details.
- Google Analytics measures how many people visit the shop pages and which products they look at. It is not loaded on invitation pages — see below.
- Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising or retargeting trackers.
Analytics, and where it is not
We use Google Analytics on the shop pages to see which products people look at. It records the pages visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device it was.
It is deliberately not loaded on any invitation page. Wedding guests did not choose us, and building a record of who opened whose wedding would be exactly the cross-invitation tracking we promise above not to do. Invitation pages load no third-party scripts at all.
You can opt out of Google Analytics everywhere using Google’s browser add-on, or by enabling “Do Not Track” or a content blocker.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask what we hold about you, correct it, object to how we use it, have it deleted, or receive a copy. Email pixelsha.ph@gmail.com and we will respond within 15 working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
