These terms apply when you buy a product from Pixelsha or engage us to build a wedding invitation website.
Pixelsha is a small Philippine business selling digital products and a done-for-you invitation website service.
All purchases are completed on Raket.ph, a separate Philippine marketplace. We do not process, handle or store payment details. Raket’s own terms govern the transaction itself, including their fees and payout arrangements.
Templates and ebooks are licensed for your own use. You may not resell them, redistribute them, or offer them as your own product or service to other people.
A custom invitation site stays live from delivery until 6 months after your wedding date. After that the page comes down and all guest data is permanently deleted. If you want it kept longer, tell us before that date.
The accuracy of what you send us — names, dates, venues, times. We build what you give us. If a detail changes, tell us and we will update it.
You must have the right to use any photos you send us.
We will not publish content that is unlawful, that misrepresents someone, or that uses images you do not have the rights to.
We build and test carefully, including on the phones and browsers your guests actually use. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services we do not run, such as hosting providers or Raket.ph.
