Delivered instantly, and copying it into your Canva account cannot be undone, so it is non-refundable once the link has been opened.
If the link does not work, or what you received is not what was described, email us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Non-refundable once downloaded, for the same reason. If the file is corrupt or will not open, we will replace it or refund you.
Email pixelsha.ph@gmail.com with your Raket order number and what happened. We reply within one working day.
Because payment is taken by Raket.ph, refunds are processed through them. We will tell you exactly what we have asked them to do.
